I have tried IE7, firefox and opera and they all come back with site not found.
Have tried on 3 different PC’s on three different connections and they all come back the same.
Imagefap.ws is for sale, not imagefap.com.. The web site has been undergoing changes, but this doesn’t seem to be affecting members much according to the blogs there at any rate.. Mentioned changes being implemented that were proposed by members, which, could theoretically include a ban on lurkers – guessing on my part.. If you’re a member then you shouldn’t really have a problem and it’s supposed to be more firefox friendly now, in which case you could have a trojan/virus. But that’s just a guess on my part.. Web proxies are your best bet – http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml – as they don’t have a problem getting through there (but can any really be trusted – hence my suspicions about hackers..)

I have a new set of template for my website which forces me to change all the available pages i currently have i.e. start from scratch.
I need to know how I can put up my new site to my webhost without having my old site taken down and getting de-indexed.
(Google rankings plays an important part to my website as my website is purely online and getting de-indexed means losing my revenue)
1) Do I just simply redirect my domain to the new page?
2) What will happen to the old pages that are currently indexed in Google?
2.1) Will the old pages still overshadow the new pages once the latter gets indexed?
3) How do I redirect to my new site? Simply forward the domain name to the new page? Do I have to do anything else?
Your help is greatly appreciated…
Are you trying to change the layout only or the website address too.
If it is only Layout (Design) then you simply upload the new design pages (but the name of the pages should be same as it was before) googlebot will index in next crawl. nothing else you have to do.
If you want to change the filenames as well then it will be a problem to get ranking for those new pages.
If you want to use redirects, 301 is best as it is also search engine friendly.

I want to register a domain and own it for life as long as I pay for it. Once I pay for the name and its approved where does the final registry sit , with whom and is it mine forever as long as I pay.
Yahoo is known to be quick…
I rather go with Yahoo, since it is spam free and it is a name you can trust. They have cheap prices as well.
And yes the domain you buy from a provider is yours. But if you buy a package like a host + domain is free, the company can find a way to steal that from you.
So buy the domain separated.. and Then buy the host.
But for Yahoo, if you buy something it is yours 101%… Unless you do illegal stuff, USA will bound to take it.
So your under USA laws. If your afraid of that buy it from europe.

I want to buy and sell domains. I thought about cash parking domain names but i don’t know if that is possible if it is a domain infringement. Just to say i am willing to write on the first page of the domain name that it is not related in anyway with the original trademark?
You can do that all right, but can you afford to? If the company has a copyright on their name (which obviously they will) they will come down on you like a ton of bricks and you will probably be liable for a large fine at the very least. Even if you stay away from names that are trademarks, you may be dicing with drama as, for example, Cadbury has tried to take official possession of the colour purple and Qantas owns a particular shade of red.
You’ll also probably find that most of the obvious ones are taken anyway. Domain parking is getting very crowded and with the proliferation of suffixes it’s also getting less advantageous, but you can probably come up with something — without stealing.

Hello there
I was surfing around and since i am an investor i try to find way to make money. I have heard of people who make huge money by selling domain names. Can someone tell me how you can start in selling domain names which are in a high demand?
Pretty well all the good names have been taken. People will sell you names, and you can hope to find a buyer for these, but usually you end up losing money trying this. As the other poster said, you are10 years too late.

Hi thanks soo much for helping me out, im soo confused… i bought two websites that were turnkey off ebay…long story short i never made a dime off any of them and i invested over 100 into promo and paid about 200 for the domain names and the disighned websites and a free year of hosting was included… so the hosting ran out so the sites are no longer running and i just got an email from dynodot where i guess my websites were stored or whatever saying the domain names will be deleted. after realizing the whole turnkey webiste deal was a scam and impossible to generate any income even with over 30,000 web hits.. i accepted a loss… then i looked up how much the website was worth on alexa and it was like 600 dollers…. so my question here is… after this failure do i own the domain names still? what about the websites themselves? the websites were on dynodot and i never got them on a disk… soo do i have the rights to anything i bought and how do i get them back? I thought id at least be able to sell something in the end again on ebay or something especially since alexa says one website is over 600? Thx for taking the time to help me out.
Ok so i guess you cant just buy a domain name outright without paying the yearly fees can you ? i knew the hosting ran out in a yr but i always thought iowned the names of the websites and that i could sell them. I checked and the sites are not registered to me but to dynodot .. i think i can renew the names if i pay and get hosting somehwere but what happened to the actual websites? and yea, the person i bought them from dissappeared and sold copy websites of mine after i bought them… im starting to think it was a large scam… its my fault but i learned a 500 doller lesson and wasted time, ohh yea there were 4 income streams built into the site… not one made me a dime, but it sounded clever…. dont do what i did.
Were these clone websites? Many copies of the same website sold? Check the sales documents to see what you actually paid for. Turnkey usually means a fully set up ready to go business. How do you know that there were no sales? Sales could have been directed to somewhere else. Could be the reason you didn’t get the code. If you buy the site always get the code.
If you have no evidence not much you can do.

I already have my own domain name. and a good size web hosting package to work with. I now need help figuring out the development part. I have tried Joomla, but afer a while it just begins to confuse me. (should I give joomla another try?) What about frontpage? If could help me I would highly appreciate it.

If you are willing to spend the time to learn, then I would recommend Adobe Fireworks or Photoshop to design (although Fireworks is easier and tailored more for web), and Dreamweaver for the development side.
Otherwise, you can always purchase a pre-designed and coded website from www.templatemonster.com and then use the software programs to edit artwork and customize your content.
