I want to use some material from a book called “BESM Third Edition” (ISBN-13 978-1-58846-474-3). Copyright is held by Arthaus Games, but Arthaus is no longer in business and does not seem to have any way of reaching them. Even the domain name they had, http://www.arthaus.com/ has expired and a third party has put up a totally unrelated website.

If I can show evidence of trying to contact them or a partner of theirs and get no response, will I be violating Copyright to make use of the printed matterial?
In this video in the how to series, I use 10 USB ports from 2 USB hubs to programme a tray of 50 YubiKeys. This new tool from Yubico is designed to allow mid-volume programming (500 per hour per operator).

I have 2 domain names for sale on ebay, hotautosite.com and ultimatesportsgear.com and I was wondering what and or where the best place to promote/advertise would be so that I would get a ton of traffic to see them on the auction?
I have bought like 22 domains and some are expiring. I am a loser for not keeping track of which ones I actually have. They are all public; is there a way of reverse-looking by my name?
Okay, so pretty much the most of this huge company/site’s trademarks are now dead/abandoned according to the registry.
They have 200+ million users, and are a HUGE site worldwide…so their name is valuable to them.
Would I be able to hire a patent/trademark lawyer, and ’steal’ these from them like a domain, since they expired? Then would I be able to sue the company for tons of money for continuing to use them?
I’m just curious how this would work legally.
It seems practical, and legal.
Their comp nay name expired last year, and most of their other 100 trademarked words just expired n January. Non have been re-registered yet.
When I said this site, I’m not talking about Yahoo XD
I’m talking about another site that was sold a while back for half a billion dollars. lol
I’m not actually going to do this. I’m just curious how it would work out if I did.
I actually do own a very similar site, which I could use to cover up my reason for the trademark?
