I’m searching for a site that offers a free domain name, ’cause I don’t want to pay I don’t have a credit card here.
There is no way to get a free domain name. It costs the registrar money to register the domain with the domain registry, so any registrar who offered free domain names would go out of business quickly.
Domain Registration is really inexpensive (some places offer it as low as $1.95 USD). I’m sure that there are some registrars who would accept payment by check or money order.

If you go onto www.freewebs.com you can sign up for a free website with web hosting and everything and then it lets you choose whether you want your site to be

or

also if you go onto www.moonfruit.com it lets you make things like

I think that’s the closest you can get to a free domain name.
