domain names and trademark infringement?
My company sells gym equipment and i register the trademark, worldgym, and use the domain worldgym.com. can someone else legally buy the domain name gymworld.com and sell gym equipment also? Would their use of gymworld (very similar to worldgym) be an infringement on my trademark?*

No, not an infringement. If you have a company with a commercial site you should sign up for as many variations (spelling too) that you can think of. Have the other sites reroute to your main site.
