I own a trademarked domain name, trademark owner wants to obtain through UDRP.?
Hi, I just recived a mail from the trademark owner from my domain name.He is offering me some $500 for the domain name. I did not use the website for commercial interest, parked free. Does the company has the rights to obtain the domain name via USRP?

No, if you “did not use the website for commercial interest,” then the domain name is, by definition, NOT a trademark — it is just a domain name. It cannot be taken from you unless you have violated the URDP rules (took it hostage for trademark value), but you may have to show you had some valid reason for selecting that URL. Domain names can be extremely valuable to the owners of related trademarks, so $500 would sound like the lowest possible price (wouldn’t even cover your attorney fees to review the contract).
Note: Domain names are globally unique; trademarks have only “local” significance (i.e., where used or registered), and only in the types of goods or services to which they have been applied.
