They will help you for gain control on domain name. If admin details are not yours, then it is bit difficult for you to prove that domain is owned by you. Still contact registrar and ask if they can help you in this matter. They may ask you to provide few legal documentation and some other proof to give you the control of domain. First check at http://www.whois.sc following:

1. Name of ICANN Registrar
2. Details in Admin Contact details

If admin details are not yours, then it is bit difficult for you to prove that domain is owned by you.

Still contact registrar and ask if they can help you in this matter. They may ask you to provide few legal documentation and some other proof to give you the control of domain.
