Does Google index discriminate against page template from Sedo Domain Parking?

I have a few domains that I have parked with Sedo. I use their templates for domain parking, example here http://gymex.com/. Does Google PageRank and index discriminate against pages using these type of layouts?

    Since these type of sites hold little of real interest, totally devoted to advertising links, they will never score well in page rank.
