If you have opened a support ticket with the company and they have not responded to you then I would contact billing and first ask for a refund. If it is not given I would file a claim with the company you used to make payment to them. I would also suggest looking up some web hosting review site's and writing a review about the company so others searching this company up can see your personal experience.
