Expelled team caught lying again.

The interviews with mainstream scientists were not arranged until April of 2007 for a film called “Crossroads” scienceblogs.com But the expelled webpage was registered as early as March 1, 2007. whois.domaintools.com For “Crossroads” this is the closest I have found: whois.domaintools.com But the owner of that site is honest about his intentions. www.crossroadsthemovie.com

There is a term for lying to support your position. It’s called “Bearing False Witness” – The 9th commandment ;)

I like your work…keep it up.

  3. busymartian Says:

I heard that they’ve already made plans to change “Intelegent Design” to “Natural Design”.

but at least the owner admits it is a joke.

they also didn’t register the domain crosroads.. hmm…how odd, huh?

  6. DaveGrossmanSoloBass Says:

Ben Stein has already admitted that he knew about the exact topic of the movie over 2 years ago. I don’t remember which interview it was though.

Yeah, these Expelled people just lie and lie and lie without any apparent concern about it. Perhaps they think that they do to support their religious beliefs is justified.

  7. neurochem Says:

Therefore, honesty plays no role in their “search for knowledge,” and I use that phrase loosely, because they come into the academic world with a preconceived notion and try to manipulate their findings to suit their views.

  8. neurochem Says:

It takes little inquiry to see that ID is nothing more than a religious ploy to destroy science as we know it, and that is why they keep loosing their battles in court because it is an issue involving State and Church separation.

  9. neurochem Says:

    Twenty Year Goals

1)To see intelligent design theory as the dominant perspective in science.
2)To see design theory application in specific fields, including molecular biology, biochemistry, paleontology, physics and cosmology in the natural sciences, psychology, ethics, politics, theology and philosophy in the humanities; to see its innuence in the fine arts.
3)To see design theory permeate our religious, cultural, moral and political life.”

  10. neurochem Says:

    Five Year Goals

1)To see intelligent design theory as an accepted alternative in the sciences and scientific research being done from the perspective of design theory.
2)To see the beginning of the influence of design theory in spheres other than natural science.
3)To see major new debates in education, life issues, legal and personal responsibility pushed to the front of the national agenda.

  11. neurochem Says:

    “Governing Goals

    1) To defeat scientific materialism and its destructive moral, cultural and political legacies.
2)To replace materialistic explanations with the theistic understanding that nature and human beings are created by God.

  12. neurochem Says:

Ben Stein’s thesis is completely wrong because IDers/Creationists don’t want “equal time,” like he mentions in his deplorable movie, but they want to completely do away with all “materialistic” worldviews. The famous “Wedge document” states it better than I can:

  13. neurochem Says:

The proponents of ID/Creationism have only one goal in mind: the complete destruction of any kind of science that goes against their theistic worldview. They don’t care about intellectual honesty because their main objective is to annihilate all viewpoints that contradict their own.

  14. Mjhavok Says:

They lie every time they talk. They made a documentary on something that know nothing about. Stupidity personified.

  15. Desertphile Says:

The Creationist clowns lied to scientists and even to the music group “The Killers” regarding just what the film was to be about.

Why must Creationists always lie, every time, without scruples…. even when they don’t need to? I do not “get it.”
