steal what? the whole point of html is that developers are free to handle and develop the code further. that is the driving force that has escalated html to what it is today. also, as you may have noticed, google doesn’t sell their products or whine that someone is stealing their ideas. they make most of their developer code open source, so anyone can build on what they had started. so, beat it!
