Hi,

Sounds like you have a great idea for a website! Reliable information is the most valuable and sought after commodity on the internet, you should do well.

Do some research at http://wordtracker.com to see what search terms people are using when they search for information on cars. You will see what words and phrases people are actually typing into the search engines when searching. Try to incorporate the top search words into your domain name.

A good domain name is descriptive of the website content, easy to remember and in demand. Be sure to use a dot com, not info, org, net, ect;

It sounds as though you have done a lot of research into the topic for your website. Thats half the battle right there. I would also advise you to research the web hosting company you are going to use. There are a ton of inexpensive hosting companies on the web today. Be sure to choose one that fits your level of website development expertise.
References :
Good Luck,
Greg

If you follow the link I supplied you can enter groups of words that are then put into combinations. Select the one you like and see if you can register it.
References :
http://www.nameboy.com/

Sorry to be a nit-picker, Paula, but "let the buyer beware" in Latin is "caveat emptor"

Carpe Diem is "seize the day"

Clever site name, though!

One thing I learnt as a web developer and having advised people on this matter is a make your name specific to what you do rather than use a brand name or your own name.
We are now a stage though where the snappy names have been taken. This isn't such a bad thing as it forces you to make you site name longer and possibly more descriptive. honest-auto-info.com or some such name which tells the surfer exactly what you do is the sort of approach I would take here.
Follow the link below for good advice.
References :
http://www.robertgallen.com/domainnames.php
