Do AT&T DSL customers know this? Will this make you cancel?

They recently added this to the AT&T DSL TOS:

"AT&T may immediately terminate or suspend all or a portion of your Service, any Member ID, electronic mail address, IP address, Universal Resource Locator or domain name used by you, without notice, for conduct that AT&T believes … tends to damage the name or reputation of AT&T, or its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries."

So if you have an iphone and go online and gripe about it, or slow dsl speeds, etc, they will cut you off.

I think they will kick you of there network if the non-governmental copyright leeches find out you are downloading torrents or something.

They (the copyright lobby) don’t even have the right to violate your privacy since they are a private company. Nobody seems to care about that.

I would change if I had them.
