I want to make a website for my video game, i want to have a forum, i dont need to many pages, but i want like package. and i want my own domain name. Please help me out of where to get started and remember i want it to be cheap.

    There’s no such thing as cheap. If you try and do things cheapskate you will regret it in the future. If you have got a good business plan that will make you money in the future, what is wrong with investing time , effort and money now??

    You can get a website up with a free .com name and free website building software to get your site up quickly for $10 per month for the hosting. Check out http://www.firstinforeview.com the hosting services suggested there give you the free domain and building software. FYI not all hosting services give you the free domain and free website building software. But the ones on this site do.
