I am planning to launch a web based service company (let’s say goldenrock for example). If I have a domain (www.goldenrock.com), do I need to register this as a trademark?
To keep initial cost down, I want to wait for few months. What could go wrong in next few months?
How real is the possibility that someone takes my service name and registers it as a trademark even though I am running a service before him/her? What does that person get?
In worst case, if someone takes goldenrock trademark, does it mean I can not use it even if had a service entity established before his trademark filed? Is there a pre-existing entiry support or first mover advantage in Trademark?
