Cant | DomRev - Domain Names

I get error messages when trying to use Firefox and IE and I can’t ge to any pages. Any help please?

Well basically, today I got internet on my laptop by having an ethernet cable connected from main computer to my laptop via a Linksys cable modem. So, we all thought it worked until I tried to install Windows Live Messenger (I tried this on IE) and it came up with this:

so I tried on Firefox and it came up with this:

Most pages I can’t seem to get onto on both IE and MF. I am on my laptop now on Yahoo Answers, and this site works fine. I have googled for help and it says about turning of Firewalls etc, but I don’t have a Firewall on this laptop I don’t think because I had to do a Hraddrive reset not too long ago and everything got reset to as if it was a brand new laptop. My laptop is Windows XP. I have done everything that it says to do on the error pages, yet still nothing.

Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.

can’t connect to the internet dns(domain name server) configuration problem?

Cannot communicate with primary DNS server(192.168.0.1).

I cant view my companies web site..do you know why?

Our small company has a web site and I’m in charge of updating it with images and information, but just recently the web site went down and I don’t know why? Someone told me that the domain name expired but the person in charge said no it has not. I could view our web site without the WWW, but if i add the www.show4you.com it does not work. Can anyone shed some light. thanks.
This is not some spam just to get peeps to the site. its not mine its my boss and basically he will turn to me to fix this matter. I did check and yes the domain name does not expire until may ( the first post confirmed that). last post said try http://www and reads internet explorer cannot display the webpage. I’m new here (about 2 weeks) and I know we have a computer person that I’ve never seen. I just want to make sure I know what to tell him when he does show up. Thanks everyone.

Can’t get into Messenger- I uninstalled 8.1 and put 7.0 It works now?

I haven’t be able to get into Messenger since Friday night. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still didn’t work. So I just downloaded 7.0 and now it works. There must be something wrong with 8.1 If you need to download 7.0 go to www.tucows.com and type in Yahoo Messenger 7.0 and you can download it from there but you have to unistall your 8.1 first

Why cant I buy a domain name that is expired?

Im trying to buy a domain name using godaddy.com. I look it up and it says taken. I run a whois query on it and it says it expired 2 months ago. Whats up with this? How can I find out when its really expired and available?

Can’t connect to Website, due to SEDO domain page.?

Hi, Ive been trying to access Lightjediorder.com all week but am unable to do so, when i enter the adress in my adress bar, it sends me to a SEDO domain page that says the domain name Lightjediorder.com might be for sale. It’s not!! my friends are able to log in but i get sent to the SEDO page, someone suggested I clear my cache which didnt work, so is there anything I can do to fix this? thanks
