Meaning less 4 character .com domain?
I own meaning less 4 character ‘.com’ domain and name does not have dash or numbers. It’s registered on goDaddy.
If I keep it on auction then what do you how much should I ask for?

Could I register a Federal TradeMark, and then go sue the person who has a .com with the trademark name in it then sue them for trade mark infringement and force them to turn over the domain? I know it sounds preposterous, but according to our stupid trademark infringement laws this might seem legal.
What if they had the domain registered before I had the trademark?
And, what if they already have the domain, then I register the federal TM, but then their domain expires, then they renew it, then technically they registered a domain AFTER I owned the trademark, thus making it trademark infringement.
I’m tired of people bullying me out of domains that only have ONE word out of their multi word trade mark, so I’m just seeing if there is any way to “give back to the community” exploiting our beloved US laws.
I don’t know how kMART.com got away with it without infringement with walMART.com because they both provide the same service.
More details.. let me reiterate the fact that the website I would be trying to legally take over does NOT have any trade mark on the words used in their domain.
Ex. some body buys ILOVEFUZZYCATS.com, but doesnt own a trade mark.. they just run their own little website.
Then I go trademark the name (”ILOVEFUZZYCATS”). Could I then sue them for TM infringement and have their domain taken away?

Hi guys,
I was wondering whether to buy the following domain names from a seller on eBay.co.uk or not?
Here are the domain names:-
www.kingclip.com – king clip
www.eeeauction.com – eee auction
www.gxoogle.com – this is a copy version of google
www.fardownload.com – far download
They are quite cheap, so I thought I could buy them and keep them for about 1~2 years and resell them to make profit/ or even run my own website on! Please reply as soon as possible!
The auctions are ending soon.
Thanks in advance,

For instance, if I owned “Whazzup” as a trademark, could I stop the person who owns “Whazzup.com” from using the name?
If so how? And is there any way I can acquire Whazzup.com from them legally?
What if also the trademark was registered after the domain name was? Does that void it?
Thanks.
The first answer (rita Samer) is not to be trusted, he or she is just advertising their probably-porn site. Don’t go on the link and don’t trust the information.
I still need an answer so please comment if you know anything.

For example, say someone wants to trademark “whatever”. The person also has a domain name of whatever.com, lets assume that you can trademark the word “whatever”. Can both of these things to filed on same application, or is it separate?

I’d like to get the daily list of expired or expiring .com domain names. Naturally, I’d prefer to get the daily list for free, but would consider paying a small fee for the service.
I am planning to register trademark within european union. But I am not sure whether is better to register ”word”.com or just ”word” as a trademark within three classes of use.
