Someone told me that the domain name expired but the person in charge said no it has not. I could view our web site without the WWW, but if i add the www.show4you.com it does not work. This is not some spam just to get peeps to the site. its not mine its my boss and basically he will turn to me to fix this matter. I did check and yes the domain name does not expire until may ( the first post confirmed that). last post said try http://www and reads internet explorer cannot display the webpage. I’m new here (about 2 weeks) and I know we have a computer person that I’ve never seen. I just want to make sure I know what to tell him when he does show up. Thanks everyone.

I bought a domain name which is www.MarioSaloon.com. The other website is www.VideoSaloon.com and owns a trademark for the word “VideoSaloon”. They had their lawyer send me a lawsuit for TradeName/TradeMark infringement because the word “saloon” is in my domain. They do not own a TM/TN on “Saloon”, they own a TM/TN on “VideoSaloon”. Is this TM/TN infringement?
Basically, this is like WalMart.com suing KMart.com because KMart put the word “Mart” in their domain.
