This is the example:
1. Company A closes down/shuts down.
2. Company A’s domain name expires and is for sale.
3. Company B wants that domain and buys it.
4. Company B then forwards that domain to their main site.
The main question: If Company A went out of business, is anything mentioned above illegal/grounds for litigation, etc.? Note, both companies sell roughly the same product.

domain name and possibly it might also be a trademark name of that company.
Any legal issues if i include that one word as part of my site’s domain name?

I want to use the word FICO in my company’s domain name (example – www.ficosRcool.com) but it is a registered trademark. I know that I cannot use the trademark in my company’s name but am I breaking trademark law by using the word FICO in my domain?
Thanks guys!
I really do want to use the word fico as the company who trademarked it uses it. for instance, www.getabetterfico.com
Thanks!
