Basically i have developed several types of websites (dating site, auction site, and promotional site for entertainers). I no longer want to run these on my own but what i would like to do is make multiple copies of all of them. Create a different design for each copy and give each one it’s own domain name and just sell them one by one to people looking to run a business from home.
Now 2 of these websites do have a membership which i’m going to sell with each one (i will state in the ad that the members are from a different site but it will be stated very vaguely).
So i want to know what laws if any i’m breaking and what damages i can face for this if lets say one of my buyers happens to recognize his site elsewhere. Note: these sites are being sold for around $1,000 each and will not turn into huge money makers, they’re meant to maybe return the investment 3 times or so (please keep that in mind when calculating what damages someone can sue for).
I basically want to know how much in damages (assuming this isn’t a criminal issue) i can actually face if something happens.

Hi I’m trying to find a site that lets me create my own auction style website for free or cheap. I would like to sell my own items and be able to start my own small business. I need a site that let’s me put my own domain name and not use theirs, as I would like to be seen as independent. Can anyone guide me? I’ve been looking for days for free sites or cheap, but I have only found expensive ones. I don’t know how to create a website so that’s out of the question. I really don’t need a fancy auction website, just something simple like the www.shopgoodwill.com. Please help I’m 22 and unable to pay a lot for a site builder, as I don’t even know if my business will be a success or not at this point. Thanks
i have 10 .com domain names including a 4 letter domain qwsp.com i would like someone to use an ebay or yahoo auctions account to sell them for me…. I am unable to setup an account for myself.
All of my subdomains are either pr2, 3, or 4. Is there a place or group that is interested in buying high-traffic sites with high-volume backlinks?
I know there are places where you can auction domains, but that is almost always based on domain names.

I registered www.coolninja.com a while back thinking I could eventually figure out something cool to do with it. Turns out I have no ideas and I’d rather focus on my other sites. Instead of letting it expire, I’d like to see if I can auction it off. What are the best sites for this? I’m on GoDaddy and they have their own auction service. Has anyone sold on here? Are there better one out there? Ebay?

I have close to a hundred premium domain names that I need to sell, wat is the best way of marketing. I have 5 ebay auctions, and they are listed on sedo and godaddy. 38 are 4 letter words that are .biz, 56 are short popular words with a 0 or 1 in place of an i, l, or o. like software, phone, business. Any marketing ideas would be appreciated.
