I am working on a website that will have informational videos and blog postings. I own the domain and want to protect the name and content. Should I copyright the site or trademark the name? Is it possible to copyright the entire site since there will be constantly changing content?
I’m setting up a website to sell stickers and decals. I checked out GoDaddy’s auctions and found 2 domain names I like–luvmysticker.com and lovemysticker.com. Which one would be an easier to remember name for a sticker website?

I’am launching an internet based company soon, I already bought the domain name. Should I get my business license next or trademark my logo? Or does it even matter which is done next?

I received an e mail from a domain registrar that someone was attempting to purchase my same domain name with other extensions. My domain name is bad undies dot com and I sell lingerie. Do I need to worry about someone else registering for other extensions, trademarking the name and then taking legal action against me for trademark infringment?
I’d like to start with a “free” website using the same domain name I have now. Would it be better to let my domain name simply expire and get it again when I get the free website or what? I’m lost and confused.

I registered a “.com” domain name 5 years ago but never used it for anything. It’s short (two words) and easy to remember. Now I want to make a blog and was going to use this name. The blog will have ads so it’s a business project.
I just did a web search on the name and found out it’s also the name of a product made by a California company, and they have a registered trademark on it.
What should I do? Write and ask their permission to use it as a blog name, or try to sell them the domain name and use another one for the blog? I don’t know if they could sue me and take the name away if I use it for a business.
My host is l4rge.com the cPanel has different things under the domain name section: subdomains, redericts, addon domains, parked domains. Which should i use to set the domain name from godaddy with my site?
P.S: Please read my question thoroughly before answering, this is the second time I’ve had to ask this because people on yahoo answers give me answers for a different question..

I recently while searching for domain names on www.sedo.com came across a domain name which appears suitable to my nich. It is http://www.sedo.com/search/details.php4?domain=subscriberpoint.com&partnerid=14456&language=e Should I go forward and Buy it ?
Is it good? I don’t want to spend on domain appraisals.
