Okay I thought of this name “Romantique Interiors” 5 years ago,and even bought a webdomain that since expired. Well, I was doing a search on it and I found 1 company that now is using that name, and they bought my old domain I let go.
I searched the trademark office, and no one has registered this name, so if I purchase a trade mark will I be able to tell them “this is my name”?
So I looked through my junk inbox (Hotmail) and came across this. I haven’t noticed my computer acting odd or any slow downs. I’m doing a virus scan as i’m writing this.

I tried to go to the corporate website, but the domain expired. It would be wonderful if i could speak with someone about this company a little more. I might join. I’ve heard wonderful things about the company. I was initial looking into a company by the name of freedom rocks, heard some mixed things about them. Sounds like Oceanside wealth takes the cake when it comes to FOREX MLM. Anyone with any information or an existing member of this company please respond. Thank you!

The problem: Low traffic to parked names. ** Is there a company out there that will send traffic to parked domains without violating T.O.S ** All the ones I see are from pop-ups, pop-unders, banners, links or redirected. I was just about to purchase some expired domain traffic but remembered reading that traffic cannot be redirected and all this traffic is easily detected by using the same referrer since they all direct it through there servers.***** Not trying to cheat the system, Not wanting clicks just unique ip’s and referrers from North America.** Have money to invest in my own servers or what ever it takes. I have domains listed on sedo and whypark. They made an offer from my whypark listing, which was for ALOT. Whypark doesn’t have a brokering / selling service…SEDO is complicated and they still haven’t accepted that I own that specific domain…is there another brokering service? I want to sell this for a big figure but I don’t want to do it privately. I’m ok with the brokering fee, bcs I want the protection and all the admin work to be taken care of. What should I do? please help!
For instance, if I owned “Whazzup” as a trademark, could I stop the person who owns “Whazzup.com” from using the name?
If so how? And is there any way I can acquire Whazzup.com from them legally?
What if also the trademark was registered after the domain name was? Does that void it?

The region in which I live has an unofficial name that doesn’t appear on most maps, but everyone here knows the reference and it’s commonly used in speaking. I bought the domain names with this name way back in the 90s and they get decent hits. However, since then, I’ve noticed score of businesses using this name; example XYZ Plumbing; XYZ Driving School, etc.
Could I trademark a name that I own the domain of, and which isn’t an official name of a region?
I own a .mobi domain name that anther company wants. The company says I can’t own this domain name because it infringes on their trademark. The company owns the .com, .biz, etc. but never purchase the .mobi. Now they are claiming the right to the .mobi. I initially purchased the .mobi with the intent to profit. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this situation and how I should respond?
