Domain name buy, but still taken?

hello:
Interested in a domain name .com
on the info of “who is” appears that:
Expires on: 03-Jul-08
Today Is: 04-Jul-08
So it has expired right?
Yes it has expired and the “owner” has not payed the renew
but…………….. still appears that is already taken
how much do I have to wait so I can grab it?
I mean that appears aviable?
The thing here is that was mine! but hijacked, On December 14 2007.
That day I entered mi site and appeared a Croatia flag along with a skull
I checked with my registrar and the hackers entered via my domain registrar! BTW It was godaddy
I wrote them but they didnt believed me, so, I ended witha hacked site and a hacked registrar acces, so these Croatia hackers changed the contact info to nosnese characters:

So I wanted to wait until July 3 2008 to re-purchase my domain.

my domain with yahoo has expired but it is still blocked with yahoo in my name. How do I pay n re-register it?

i could not pay even after warnings from yahoo cos i did not have access to e-main for sometime. but now need to re-register it.

if you have a free webs account can you still have a custom domain name?

i am working on a website for a party at the park this summer and i am using webs.com(freewebs.com) do they support custom domain names if you have the free hosting??

i have backup hosting but the company wants webs if it can

if a domain name expires, can you still check your email?

Apparently my host sucks, they were supposed to transfer my domain to their service and never did. It expired, and many important emails from the last 5 days didnt get to me, is there any chance of ever seeing them again? I have alot of pissed off customers.

Can anyone still grab my won expired auction domain other than the owner?

i won a domain today from an expired auction domain that’s been expired since 6/18/10, only 4 more days to go until it’s mine.. could my name still get snap from a wholeseller like namesnap or network solution, etc. or from a backorder? That is, other than the owner for now.

My domain has expired but the website is still up?

My domain expired last May, but the website is still up? I was not aware that when a domain expired the webpage went with it? I don’t care to renew the domain, however I don’t want my site up any longer. When I search my name in Google, it is the first link that appears. How do I go about removing this?

If the domain name is taken, can I still trademark the name?

Hello,

Perhaps you can help me. I want to brand my retail store and trademark a specific name, but the name is being used as a domain name. The other person’s dot com website is under construction; it has the same name but a different logo. It is unclear what this other person is selling, if anything. I searched the United States Trademark system and the name is not trademarked yet.

Can I trademark my brand name and logo? I am concerned that my application will be denied since the name is being used by someone else and the domain is taken. I am hoping that I can still trademark my brand since I have a different logo. Please advise.

Listing a domain on Sedo.com: if you arrange a sale somewhere else, do they still take commission?

I have a domain name parked and being sold at sedo.com. I also am promoting this domain name myself on various message boards and other auction sites. If I sell it to someone off-site from Sedo.com, will they still take a big commission percentage from the sale as if they had helped generate it? Would they try to do that? Please advise, thanks.

My domain name has expired but my details are still on Whois?

I paid my subscription 2 weeks after it expired and now some anonymous person is using it. My domain provider won’t answer my letters or emails. Should I just give up on this and just register a new domain name and cut my losses?
