Registered domain name and found out that it has trade name registered in NV though no US trademark. Am I OK?
I search US trade marks ect. and there was none. I searched the State in which this thing is located and there was no trade names or corporations recorded.
I registered the domain name.
I now found 3 registered “trade names” registered in Nevada.
Is my domains safe I have them cash parked right now.
The business is not using the trade names in business though it has the .com registered and forwarded. I bought a .info of the name.
